2. What information do we collect?

When you fill in the contact form on our website, we collect:

• Name
• Company name
• Work email
• Any message (optional)

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your information so that we can contact you about our services. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by ticking the consent box in the contact form.

4. Recipients

Your information is sent via Formspree (data processor, USA) to our team. Formspree is Privacy Shield certified. We do not share your information with any other third parties.

5. Retention

We keep your contact information for up to 12 months after our last contact, after which it is deleted.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the information we hold about you
• Have your information corrected or deleted
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk)
